It would be great if the hotel could provide more information about nearby attractions or arrange bike rentals to explore the city on two wheels.

The staff were very helpful and changed my room immediately they & I discovered a problem with it after check-in.

There seemed to be a lot of noise from the kitchen/restaurant (floor above the one I stayed on) due to poor sound insulation. The hotel attmapts to be a very modern design but I found the remote controlled lighting unnecessarily fussy. Shower room not brilliant.

The a gym and the pool were available. Huge rooms. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Lush that was only 5 minutes' walk away. We would return there anytime...

The bed was comfortable in our room, and we enjoyed tasty food for dinner and breakfast.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I liked the fact that the room was clean and well-maintained. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. The hotel was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions and had easy access to transportation.

The hotel’s room décor was outdated and unappealing. , the noise from the nearby traffic was disruptive and made it difficult to sleep at night.

The location of the Resturant as it is close to the main swimming pool. The swimming pool time is very tied and limited and is not suitable for such persons who attend course or conference and finish at 5 oclock.

Stayed in a great hotel during my city trip. the staff was very helpful during the check-in process which was very quick. the rooms are clean and comfortable with great air conditioning as well. the location is very central, making it easy to get to some of the best tourist attractions. I particularly enjoyed the great breakfast buffet offered and the fact that the hotel has a really good gym facility.

It would have been nice if the hotel offered more social spaces to relax and unwind outside of the room. the check-in process was a bit confusing due to the different payment methods offered.
